The Variegated Redtwig Dogwood is a deciduous tree with large green leaves with white margins and small white flowers that bloom in spring. It shines most in the garden during winter when the bright red stems are bare. It grows to a maximum height and width of eight feet tall and six feet wide. It should be planted in full or partial sun, and moist, well-drained soils. To achieve the brightest red stems, plant in full sun.
